We developed our teamwork skills in a Volcano Island Crisis led by STEM. We learnt about what STEM was, what skills can be developed and how they can be transferred to many situations. After completing our training, we designed and built a Lego bridge to rescue stranded survivors and sent messages using Morse code. The class did very well, assigning each other job roles based on strengths and supporting each other in those roles.
